1. Download Oracle VM Virtual Box
First Download the Oracle VM Virtual Box as per your System and Install it in your System Here is the link for that
2. Download the Linux ISO file
This is the File that contains Linux OS in it that will help you install it in the Virtual Machine

3. Set up VM
First Click on New and name the System and location in your Device.

Click on New Button
then Select type as Linux below file Location Then Set ok and the next Pop up is set of memory size and set up to the end of the green line that is designated as per your system memory After that just select create that will set up the machine that will show name on sidebar. Then got to Setting in it. Then go to the Storage option and Select controller as the iso file location. then click on Start.
All set up is done Now you can efficiently run a VM machine of linux in your computer
